I have been providing childcare for 15 years. I started as a nanny, and I am currently running an in-home daycare, and run my own Nanny Agency on the side. I am very easy going, and I provide a very high level of care for the kids I watch. During my time doing in-home daycare, I had a very low turnover of kids. Usually the kids I get stay with me until they start school. Most of the time the parents bring their new babies to me as well so I sometimes have brothers and sisters. I have never had a child leave because the parents were dissatisfied. We would have music time, reading time, outside time and a lot of play time. I am college educated and have children of my own (15,11, 9) – my children can stay home on their own now. I strongly believe in having Read more a very good relationship with the parents of the kids I watch, and we always work together to ensure their child gets the best possible care while they are under my supervision. The parents of the kids I take care of now would describe me as mild, honest, reliable, trustworthy, and a fun caregiver... I am looking for a part-time position a few days a week where I can continue to work with children and work on my nanny agency on my days off. I enjoy being around little ones, and would love to find a wonderful family to work for.
