I grew up with 13 siblings 5 of them being younger. So I've been a nanny/babysitter for them since I was young. I currently have 15 nieces and nephews (ages 11-9 mo.) And take care of usually 2 or 3 at a time when the need arises. In High School I volunteered as a baseball coach for kids ages 7-12 and worked at a Christain Summer camp for 3 Summers. For the last year I've been working at Heartlight ministries in Hallsville tx, the job description is as follows. Staff are expected to supervise up to 8 residents at a time by yourself, participate in program events, manage the pharmaceutical and medical needs of the residents, be a positive influence on all around, and maintain a clean living environment for other staff and residents in the home. As a residential staff you will also help with program activities, write weekly Read more reports, run errands, and oversee the discipline of the kids in the house. I'm currently working at Dyersdale Baptist Church in Coldspring tx, as the Youth Pastor I don't have a salery at the Church and I make my own schedule so I'm looking for a job to subsidize income. I promise, whatever job you have for me can't possibly be any harder than taking care of my multitude of younger siblings or the several troubled teens I've taken care of this past year.
