I have been working with children for over 8 years now . First starting off babysitting as a young teen then progressing into working in a facility while in school earning CDA (Child Development Association). I have worked with families independently through out those 8 years but have 3 years of experience in a facility. Working in a facility gives you the experience in preparation and organization and all around communicating and managing children of all ages. With that at hand I can handle multiple children at any age, while working at the facility I did take more roles in toddlers and infants care. As a teen I was a lifeguard and swim instructor, so since 2010 I have been certified in CPR and First AID. My CDA emphasis on the development of skills and techniques for providing appropriate environments and care for young children
