My name is Grace Moreland, and I am an 18 year old college student studying pre-medicine at the University of Iowa, but I live in Dallas, Texas during the summer. Ever since I was young child, I've always shared the responsibility of taking care of my younger brothers. I started babysitting them when I was 10 or 11, and although taking care of 3 young boys is a lot of work, I realized that caregiving is something I particularly enjoy. Since then, I have babysat my brothers more, beginning to take on the responsibility for longer periods of time, in addition to babysitting for other family and friends. I am CPR certified by the American Heart Association, and am looking to become an EMT this summer before I go to medical school.
