Lesly was very nice when we initially spoke and it was very easy to communicate with her. After we spoke for a bit, we agreed to meet in person to make sure we were a good fit and when she didn't show, I tried to contact her via her direct number and through here several times with no response. It is very unfortunate because we were excited to meet her and would've been totally understanding if she just had mentioned she wasn't able to make it at the agreed time or just no longer interested in the position.
