My name is Martha Ortiz. I have been working with children for over 28+ years as a nanny to several families and as a lead teacher in daycares. I work at Tutortime daycare for four years with age group 3-4 years old ; class ranged between 11-14 children in one day. At Childtime daycare I work for eleven years with babies in the infants room (Only 6 babies at one time) and toddlers 2-3 years old, which ranged from 8-12 children in one day. While I was at Childtime I stared to take care of six month old baby girl after work part time, and later her mom had an other baby girl which I also took care of until they both started school. They became my God daughters and the oldest will start college in the fall. After I took care of two little girls for 3 years until Read more their family moved out of state. Currently I am the nanny of 3 (10 - 8- 5) girls and I have been with them for the past 8 years; the youngest will start school full time this year . Working with small children has been my passion all my life and enjoy getting to know their unique personalities. I love to teach them Spanish, make age appropriate arts and crafts that they can enjoy, play dress-up, puzzles, and anything else that they might have an interest in. I clean any mess that we make throughout the day, feed them breakfast, lunch, and snacks, change diapers, lay them down for a nap, and can follow any schedule you would like.
