Hi, my name is DeeDee! I moved to the city this summer from Dallas. For 3+ years in Dallas, I was working as a dance teacher at a studio and taught mostly ages 3-8, but also worked all the way through middle school and high school aged kids. I have a passion for teaching and working with children! I am First Aid, CPR, and AED certified. I am used to multi-tasking and could have up to 12 children to manage in a classroom at once. I love playing board games, reading books, doing art crafts, making scavenger hunts, and have plenty of movement/dance games on the ready! I think it is so important for kids to explore creatively in their play, to be active and spend time outside when possible, and to use their imagination! I also am happy to help with household chores such as laundry, cleaning, snack/meal prep, Read more and I am comfortable with pets. I am very adaptable and quick to learn. I will always make your families needs and wants the priority. My schedule is pretty available and flexible at this time.
