Hello, my name is Isabelle, I came here to US to do an exchange, the aupair program. I lived for two years with the same host family, I love them so much, they’re my second family. During these two years I took care of two teenagers, one with autism and Apraxia speech, which means she's non verbal. I helped her doing the things that she has difficulty but always making her trying first, encouraging her independence. She had ABA therapy, speech's therapy, and I was always with her to support, I drove her to all these therapies and outside activities. I also worked with a young adult with Autism 21yo, I basically picked up from his adults program and we hanged out. I'm Brazilian and I have a degree in pedagogy. For seven years I worked at schools, and during this period I was a tutor of a child with Read more Down syndrome and other Autistic kid. I have extensive experience with kids with all ages, CPR and first aid certified, stronger driver, several local references. I'm reliable, flexible and professional. I currently have a full time job, with two kids, one girl 3yo and a boy 7yo. I stay with them all day, I take them to activities, like football, soccer, playdates. I prepare lunch and dinner for them, bathe them, organize their closets. I often do overnight so that parents can travel for work or pleasure.
