I'm currently a stay-at-home-mom of a 5-month-old named Chloe. Prior to her birth, I was employed by a family in Galveston with a 3-year-old and twin infants. I had been with the family since the 3-year-old was about 7 months. Because of how the timing of everything worked out, it was mutually decided that 3 infants and a toddler on top of just giving birth would be quite the load and that I wouldn't be returning after Chloe was born. Before starting with that family, I worked in an early childcare learning facility for roughly 2 years where we had ongoing training in early childhood development and age-appropriate activities. I worked as a floater primarily, meaning I bounced around between all age groups.
