Hi my name is Brittany! I am 23 and living in Round Rock. I have my CPR certification and have taken an infant safety class about 5 months ago. I currently am watching 3 children; 8 month old, 2 and 5 year old. I have been with this family for about 11 months. My goal is to let the kids explore their imagination as much as possible everyday. With that being said I also let them be as independent as possible (age appropriate). I always try to have activities, dancing, challenges, crafts and whatever else I can think of going on throughout the day. As far as discipline, I have the kids clean up their mess (I will help) and they get consequences like timeout or no treat for hitting, biting, screaming at me or one another and anything else the parent decides.
