I was born and raised in Texas. I have one brother and two sisters. I grew up with various pets including dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, fish, and tree frogs. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, and I am certified to teach Early Childhood through Grade 6. I have been a teacher in Oklahoma City Public Schools for the past 5 years. I have taught Kindergarten for two years, Third Grade for one year, and Fourth Grade for two years. I have also been a part-time babysitter/nanny for the past fourteen years. I believe that every child deserves the best possible care.
