Hi there! I am Hailey Bonnin, a current student enrolled at The University of Colorado-Denver. I am currently getting my masters in Early Childhood Education. I got my undergraduate degree from Belmont Abbey College, double majoring in Psychology and Education. I have 4+ years of experience in child care. In college I was a part-time nanny for elementary and middle school aged children. I also did weekend babysitting for four children age range of 1-5 years old. Working with these families opened my eyes to child care as I grew to love teaching the children new things. This is what inspired me to become a full-time nanny and get my masters. Currently I work Monday through Thursday as a nanny for twin, three-year-old boys. I am confident in my child care capabilities and with such skill, and my personality, I would be a great child care provider for your family. I am currently seeking a Friday job to help parents have a day to finally check items off the to-do list that tends to be forgotten in the hustle and bustle of parenthood. I used John Bowlby’s Attachment Theory as a guide to caring for children. I am a big believer that all those who help take care of children should have a knowledge of child development and the impact early experiences have on development.
