My most recent background includes serving as a teacher at a daycare, where I provide care for infants up to 2 years of age. I am in constant communication with parents, providing them updates on their children's activities, advances, and overall general health. This age group requires high attention to detail, is fast paced, and requires me to be constantly on the move. I also have been trained to work in the office. I know how to answer phone calls, present tours, make payments, and have knowledge in ProCare. I am a very hard worker, patient, and have a postitive attitude. I am a quick learner and I am very dedicated and dependable. Also I am CPR certified! Prior to working at the daycare, I worked as a cashier at Taco Cabana while attending classes at Collin College. While working at Taco Cabana, I gained considerable customer services skills. My Read more responsibilities included communicating with customers regarding orders, comments, and complaints. This position required me to demonstrate the ability to resolve a variety of customer complaint issues regarding orders and service. I was also responsible for supervising and providing training to new employees. Additoinal duties included monitoring and ordering supplies or food items and restocking as necessary to maintain inventory.
