I've working as an Au Pair with an agency and now by myself with the host family, taking care of kids from 1 to 5 years old, and i have experience with kids from 0-12 years old, I used to take care of kids in my home country too, based on that I decided to be an Au Pair. I also was helping to take care of a 72 diabetic year old man, mostly for his meals and his medication and company if he needed it.
