After interview and meet and greet went well I offered Trisha the job. it was between her and another candidate and they both seemed great. the day before her first day she text (not called) to say nevermind she didn't want the job. I'm a nurse and this is unacceptable. parents beware, thankfully I train nannies before leaving my daughter with them or else I could have been in trouble at work.
