Kiana nannied full time for us for three months and all of a sudden did not show up one day and would not answer our calls or texts to even let us know if she was okay. We texted and left messages pleading for her to just let us know that she was alive and if she found another job opportunity we understood, just wanted to know that she was okay. No response. I cannot in good faith recommend Kiana to watch your children based on this poor ending. Our son is young so we did not have to explain why Ms. Kiana stopped showing up, but I would hate to have had this happen when he is older and have to explain to a young child why his friend and caregiver abandoned him.
