I am a 27-year-old female. I currently work as a full-time nanny for two toddlers in midtown and have been with them for nearly 3 years. Previously, I was working full time in a youth residential program focused on the DDP model of therapy and am certified in crisis management as well as a having knowledge of autism and other developmental disabilities. I have up to date CPR and first aid certifications. While in high school, I was a nanny and worked in a daycare during university. During that time, I learned about developmental milestones and ways to encourage the development of young children. I keep an open path of communication and model the teachings of Dan Hughes.
