We interviewed Leslie. Felt like she was a good fit and was interested in moving forward in the hiring process but she never responded back to our email request to provide 3 references after she confirmed during interview she could provide.. She did not respond to our follow up email or phone call after expressing interest in the position. Obviously Leslie’s lack of response presented a red flag and it seemed evident she was no longer interested. However, we think it’s important to be professional, upfront and honest with families especially if you’re not interested or have moved forward with another opportunity. Best of luck.
