I have employed Ana for the last 3 months to clean my house and take care of my daughter. There were a few issues I brought to her attention and she quit Monday morning when I was expecting her to come in and work that day. She provided no notice to give me time to replace her services and left me in a bad Situation trying to get care for my daughter at the last minute on a Monday morning before work. I paid above her asking rate and also gave her hundreds of dollars in clothes for her granddaughter. She did not have the courteousy of providing even a weeks notice. I would not recommend her to anyone. Thanks.
