Pitchaya is very considerate and passionate. To be honest, we never met for an official baby-sitting or nanny job. We just had some chats beforehand. She gave me the impression of a person who always care from other's perspective. For example, when asked whether vaccinated for TDAP, she said no. But afterwards she did her research for the vaccine and followed up with my saying that she was willing to get the TDAP if that is required. Also, Pitchaya is very considerate for her former employers. She puts their benefits and welfare in front of other things. Also, she is on top of everything, she sent documents/proofs in a very timely fashion, reflecting a detail-oriented and organized way of doing things. Although we didn't have a chance to start an official contract due to some logistic issues, I truly believe she is a treasure that will surely surpass the bar and achieve more in the work.

I got the opportunity to interview Bee in January 2023. She was extremely nice, punctual and honest. Her past experiences were really diverse and made me confident that she could handle anything. You could also tell that she cared a lot about the babies. For personal and unplanned reasons we weren't able to hire her full time but we hope to work on with her on an adhoc basis. The family who hires her will be truly lucky.!
