I started working/caring for children while in college in Alabama. I taught preschool and kindergarten and became a nanny and babysitter to some of my little ones I taught. I loved caring for them. Teaching them new things and being like another mother to them. I have my bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. I’ve been working with children with autism and other special needs for several years now. I love my job but I really miss caring nd nurturing for children in a one on one side. I am CPR/ First Aid certified. I know sign language as well. I’m very organized and love keeping things neat and tidy. Child personal care and sa is very important to me and I will always put the child/children first. In addition to providing exceptional care for your child/children’ I will also take care of the child’s other basic needs Read more such as but not limited to: laundry, cooking, cleaning, diapering, and recreational activities. I love kids and being around them makes me so happy. Being a nanny is very fulfilling and knowing that I can be the light at the end of the tunnel for families and provide great services. Professional Nanny & House Manager serving the greater Houston area 2017-Current. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Creating and maintaining schedules and calendars for the household and the children. Supervising Maintenance work, construction, payments of bills and services, hiring housekeeping staff, scheduling appointments, running errands for family needs, grocery shopping, Meal preparation and organizing the home. Manage a household budget, organize and oversee social events, and make travel arrangements as needs. Travel with experience with previous employers and their families for a minimum of one week and over 30 day extended stays. Plan activities for children and family activities while traveling. Extremely flexible with desired work hours. Can provide an extensive list of services, businesses, and resources to the family upon hiring. To ensure safety for all parties I would keep car maintenance up to date. Ultimately, I will work directly with family to help them accomplish daily activities, so they can focus on their careers and quality time with their children.
