I adore children, they are my favorite people🤩 I am very patient, loving, kind, compassionate and calm. I enjoy playing as well as teaching them simple things and experiencing their Milestones is so exciting to me!! I hope your little ones love to play because I have a great imagination. I love to sing, read books, play games, tea parties, make believe, arts & crafts, picnics or just interacting & engaging them... I'm all about making them happy, laughing, comfortable and safe. I will care for your children like they are my very own kids. Hugs and lots of attention...I won't be busy on my cell phone while your children watch TV. I usually have an age appropriate activity or craft planned for our time together! Read more I prefer no devices/TV because I would rather engage them with hands-on playtime. Unless we have a movie night planned with popcorn and pillows, of course! I have 40 years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschool ages. We hired Ms. Sherry about 18months ago through Sitter City; and she became a part of our family instantly. Our son is now 2.5 years old and I trust her explicitly with his life! She is kind, caring, and has a unique and exceptional gift of working with children. My son went six months at the start of the pandemic without seeing Ms. Sherry, the first time my husband and I were comfortable going out for a date we scheduled her to come and watch sterling... I was nervous bc it had been so long and he’s a toddler who might not remember or be unhappy about staying with someone he didn’t remember— but the second she walked in the door, they embraced with a long hug and it was as if no time had passed at all! I highly recommend Ms. Sherry to any family looking for a sitter or Nanny! She has not only helped further my child’s development, but has also helped and given me inspiration to be a better parent!
