Diana was very nice initially and was generally kind to our infant. Our only concern in working with her is she not offer solid communication and cancelled with little notice a few times. She interviewed and was paid for two weeks of orientation only to later cancel verbal commitment with our family without a clear reason why. Nice person but not consistent as needed.
