I'm Audrey, and I've been working in childcare since...well...forever, really! I remember being dragged along to a gymnastics birthday party for my little sister's friend when I was around 7 or 8 years old. Did I want to jump on the trampoline, swing on the rope, or climb on the equipment with the other kids? Nope. I took it upon myself to babysit everyone else's little siblings during the party. And I loved every second of it. Flash forward many years, and I now have 12 years of experience as a babysitter, child caretaker, and "the silliest nanny ever," according to one of my kiddos. (High praise coming from a 4-year-old, so I'll take it!) As of this month, I now have morning availability M-F anywhere from 5am to 12pm that I'm looking to fill. I've been known to bring surprise crafts, take kiddos to the park or on other fun outings, set up sensory activities, invent funny games, and turn to playing pretend or dancing to music instead of plopping your child in front of the TV. My rate ($25 - $30 per hour) reflects the expertise and enthusiasm I'll show up to work with every day. My absolute favorite ages to work with are babies and toddlers, but I have experience with all ages (boys, girls, & multiples) up to around 11 years old.
