Hi my name is Hannah! I grew up in Houston most of my life. I went to Briagrove Elementary School, Kinkaid Middle/High school, then attended Baylor University in Waco. And now I am currently a graduate student in clinical mental health counseling program at UST. I am passionate about working with children & I have had experience since the young age of 13 through babysitting jobs, volunteering in schools, camps & more recently working with children on the autism spectrum as a Registered Behavior Technician. This said, I am comfortable and very good working with children with disabilities. I am confident I can teach or assist with any academic projects/homework. In addition, I am a big supporter of developing independent hobbies/passions for children to facilitate healthy growth & just having fun! Good with little ones and older kiddos! Boys girls! Some hobbies of mine are running, cooking, passionate about painting/drawing. I also love animals! Volunteered at many animal shelters growing up. Some qualifications/skills I hold I have my own car & happy to drive kids around as long as all safety chairs are provided if needed. I am CPR/AED/ First aid certified. I love cooking, health focussed, but can also whip up a mean pot of Mac N Cheese. Whatever fits the preferred food style of the family. Strong listener/observant : Like I mentioned, I have worked with kiddos most of my life, and a lot also being nonverbal, so being reliant on observation skills and cues making me pretty quick to see if something is wrong or needs parental knowledge.
