I believe that children are a gift. Each child is special and unique in his/her own way. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to possibly meet your children. When I was an educator, one of the things that I enjoyed the most was greeting the children in the morning. The morning is a start to a brand-new day, new experiences, and opportunities. I have worked with children for as long as I can remember and in many different capacities. My career started out as the “neighborhood babysitter” and continued throughout high school as a caregiver at a daycare. I always wanted to be a teacher “when I grew up” and earned my undergraduate degree in interdisciplinary studies focusing on early childhood and elementary education. I taught Kindergarten and First Grade while completing my masters degree in school counseling. I was a school counselor in the private and public sector.
