I have been raising and helping my sisters with homework for as long as I can remember. I have always been the father type of brother to them and my friends even called me the "dad" of the group since I tend to make sure everyone feels comfortable during our hang-outs. I am applying to become a caregiver since I have more availability now after graduating and I love using my energy with kids. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule, especially during the evenings since I am a night owl. I frequently tend to stay up late after putting my sisters to bed. I need a job to save up money before I apply to a Master's Program. I want to add I have a B.S. in Biology so I have experience as a tutor, both in person and online. I was a Chemistry tutor in college Read more during the beginning of the pandemic and had grown and personally developed during that time. Although this experience does not count for babysitting, I believe I can be the best fit for your child. With some notes, I will catch on quickly, and I would not need to be told a second time! I have many cousins, and I try to not make a big deal out of being the eldest but it is. I have been the designated babysitter for my family for quite some time and I wanted to start doing it as a real job. I also have been driving in Houston so I am comfortable with the roads and commute. I worked at places around but I would not like to commute more than necessary since even with the raised gas prices due to the economy, we all have expenses. Lastly, I adore cats and am comfortable with them ONLY, I do not like dogs sadly :( but if they are a puppy, I might consider it.
