I'm Irma, I am 21 years old and I am so happy that you're here! The love I have for babies and children is so big it's hard to put into words, they have such a special place in my heart. I have 8 nieces and 8 nephews, the oldest is only 6 years younger than me and the youngest is a month old. Being the youngest sister automatically made me the babysitter as soon as I was old enough. I've been watching and taking care of babies and children for about 8+ years now. I was a Program Manager for an after school program for a year, and my classroom had Pre-K-6th grade students.
