Hi, my name is Daly! I am a 22 year old born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I am currently attending school at UNT in Denton, and plan on graduating in 2024 with a degree in media arts and education. I am studying to become a digital media educator for lower income children and teenagers. I would love to educate those who do not have access to digital media programs due to lack of equal opportunities. Nothing in life would make me happier than to teach you her generations that any hopes and dreams are possible, as long as you believe in yourself. Besides that, when I’m not busy with my education you can find me doing numerous other activities. I love to workout, read, enjoy the outdoors, paint, and roller skate; but nothing tops hanging out with my little siblings. I have a 2 year old baby sister and Read more 7 month old baby brother who I love so dearly. They have become the constant shining sun and glimmering moon that revolves around me and keeps me happy. In our free time with each other we love going on walks, watching movies, swimming, playing restaurant, playing with our family dogs, dancing, and more. The last thing I would love to mention about me is that I have a 1 year old Italian Greyhound puppy named, Lisa. She is another light in my life and truly is my fur baby. If she can tag along with me anywhere she will! She loves cuddling up next to me and is the sweetest little baby ever. Near the age of 17 I began my first nanny job that lasted for a month and a half. The position duties were to care for the family’s three young daughters (ages 5, 7, and 11), this included going to local attractions, making breakfast and lunch, practicing summer reading and more. By the age of 19 years old I began nannying for another family with two sons (ages 7 and 11) and one daughter (age 9). My responsibilities were to pick the kids up from school, help with homework, drive to extracurricular activities, play games, cook dinner, and much more. I would even love and care for the family dog while they were away on vacations. The most recent family I’ve cared for are two sisters (ages 4 and 10). The hours would either be constant for some days or turn sporadic for a couple of weeks, so I didn’t consider myself a nanny for the family but more of a caregiver. The responsibilities for the family included waking the girls up for school, getting them dressed, preparing breakfast and/or lunch, taking and picking them up from school, helping with homework, being creative, etc.
