I liked Latoya's profile and thought she'd make a great babysitter for my kids. We conversed via the message board and via text message to set up a time to interview. Latoya sent me her availability and ultimately picked the date she'd prefer to meet with us. I was flexible within a range of time that day. Unfortunately, Latoya never showed up at the scheduled time, and as that range of time was nearing an end and I hadn't yet heard from her, I texted her to find out if she had an estimate of her arrival time so I could plan the baby's nap and my errands with kids that day. She told me she'd need to re-schedule, if I still wanted to meet with her. I found it quite frustrating that I waited for her and then had to ask if she was still coming. After all that, she never did respond. Not sure what happened, but it was a big disappointment. Would have been courteous to hear back from her, whatever the reason was for not following through that day.

Latoya takes great care of my three kids. She plans activities and takes careful note of everything that goes on while I am not there. The kids look forward to when Miss Latoya comes to play and they feel safe and happy while she looks after them. She is really great about communicating with me so I never have to worry while I'm not there!
