I am currently an undergrad at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and will be home for the summer months. My family moved to Kingwood, TX about two years ago and I decided to finish up my degree in communication sciences and disorders up in Wisconsin. Grad school is next, and I will be applying to Texas and Wisconsin schools, most likely. I hope to work with kiddos in the speech pathology field. Kids are my passion! I have plenty of experience with all ages. I started babysitting at a young age for several families and became close with them all. I have been around the center my whole life and started working there when I turned 18. I started off with preschool-aged children, then had school-aged kids for a summer, and then was placed in the infant/one-year old room. I have also worked for a University tutoring/mentoring group, as Read more well as volunteered at several vacation Bible schools and Sunday schools. I think it's amazing the changes that occur within the first few years of a child's life! I love watching them grow! I am CPR certified and also took an early child care course in order to be a lead teacher at the daycare. With all that said, I am very comfortable with children! I am very creative, clean, down to earth, and reliable.
