Taylor seemed like a very nice and professional girl when I interviewed her. She was going to be a perfect fit for my family so I hired her. However, when I reached out to her to confirm the date she would be starting, she stopped responding to me. I know things happen but it’s VERY unprofessional for an adult to just stop responding to someone they agreed to work for. If she was no longer interested, a little heads up would’ve been nice.
