I have over 20 years of classical piano training and taught over 100 students for approximately 5 years. After moving to Texas, I met my husband and helped raised my two stepchildren. They were 5 & 6 years old at the time and are now 23, & 22. I have a degree in Social Sciences from the University of North Texas and have had the privilege of working from home building our custom apparel business until my husband fell ill earlier this year. Since he has been unable to work since the end of January, I have been substitute teaching and am currently completing the school year in a long term position teaching Middle School Theater at Life School in Red Oak. I hope to find a permanent teaching position for the the 2015-16 school year but need to find summer employment for income until then.
