Hello, I have cared for children for many years including many with special needs. I have been awarded foster parent of the year for the state of Texas as well as adoptive parent of the year. I am a member of DBMAT (Deaf Blind Multi handicapped Association of Texas). I worked with many children, of all ages and disabilities as a foster parent. I was a Nanny of twin boys from birth to age 3. I am fluent in sign language and feel it is beneficial to both hearing and deaf children. I love children and love teaching them about the world around us.
