I worked as a live-in nanny for a married couple with two children and cared for the children from age one to five and age 12 to 16 (four years). I also washed laundry, did light housekeeping, transported the children to special events or doctor’s appointments, assisted the younger child with basic education (colors, alphabet, numbers), and shopped for groceries. After trying a few different jobs, I realized I truly enjoyed caring for children and would love to have an opportunity to be a babysitter or nanny again.
