I got involved in childcare about five years ago, through high school. I've taken classes such as child guidance, child development, and practicum in human services. I completed two years of an internship through Mckinney ISD. For the last three years, I have taught for the Mckinney ISD employee daycare. I am CPR certified and have taken over 100 hours of training via Texas A&M AgriLife. I am responsible for 11 children total for about 8 hours, we learn, create, and grow together Monday-Friday. I have either nannied or babysat for most of the families I have had the pleasure of teaching and would be happy to provide references if needed for safety reasons. I am 20 years old, I live at home with my mother and two 8-year-old siblings. I will be attending Quad C in the fall to get my full EC-3 degree.
