Hello. My name is Alexis. I babysat children throughout high school and I have a sister 4 years younger than myself and 2 nieces (12 and 13) and a nephew (14) that have lived with us since birth, so I have had plenty of experience early on in my family home. While in high school I babysat nights and weekends for different families when needed. My senior year I had an after school job to where I picked up 2 girls (7 and 9) from school, drove them to their afternoon activities, helped them with homework, prepared snacks and light meals, and assisted with baths and bedtime. I truly love working with children and I approach each child as an individual who I get to help grow and teach. I worked in a private daycare with children from infant - 8 years old for a few months before I was Read more recruited back into the food industry. I am currently working this job, but miss working with little ones. I would love to return to what I love most, mentoring little ones. I am certified in CPR and basic first aid.
