Hey there. One of my favorite memories as child was being careless and free. I enjoy working with children because they are extremely creative and each individual personality has something to bring to the world. Children also have a difficult time explaining and expressing themselves so I love to be their voice when I can and try to communicate for them. I can also say children do not mind things out of order. I love details, being observant, organized and things in order. I enjoy working as a team and at times I enjoy being to myself. It definitely depends. Although I have an eye for detail, I am a very hands on learner and a visual learner. I am a mother of 2 Children. My daughters 3 and my sons 9 years old. I do prefer jobs that are more flexible to be sure I’m able to be apart Read more of my children lives as their grow. I work for Right at school part time in the afternoons. I’m enrolled at Liberty university as I do my best to finish my Business administration certificate but I can tell you it’s a difficult task for me as I juggle other every days life skills and needs. Effective communication and being highly emotionally intelligent is vital when engaging and working with not just children but adults as well. Humans in general. This allows me to empathize with others. This is awesome to help build relationships with children and adults. Plus children and adults need more time outdoors and I enjoy outdoors.
