I learned that I loved babies and children at the age of ten. I use to sneak out of church and go to the nursery to play with them. They let me stay because I was good with the babies. I grew up always wanting to be around children and making them happy. I’ve grown up a lot and still retain that love. The children and I have enjoyed such activities as crafts, music, reading, going places (like museums, historical sites, restaurants, movies, concerts, swimming) and many other age appropriate activities. I’m great at following parental rules and am polite. I know this acts as an example for the children. Your rules are my rules however I have a brain and I know how to use it. I don’t have trauma drama. Meaning I have a cool head in emergencies and stay calm. I’m also honest which helps to teach Read more children how to be honest. I enjoy teaching and find opportunities to engage children with learning that does not need formal classroom settings. Whether they are six hours old or six hundred years old they are always learning. I’ve been a school bus driver off and on since I was sixteen and I found it an interesting career. I told you that to tell you this, I can handle more than one child at a time. Taking advantage of a more experienced nanny is good all the way around. Being a seasoned person helps to balance the whole family. I am experienced and then some. But these are your children and I'll do things the way you want them done.
