Hi there! My names Eliza and I am 22 years old. I just recently was working in a clinic as an RBT (registered behavioral technician) working one on one with clients. I have years of childcare experience, starting when I was 13 and started babysitting for family friends and progressed to friend of friends. When i was 16 I got my first nannying gig and worked for a family with a set of twins (i started with them when they were a little over a year old) i nannied consistently for them for about 2 years and then moved to babysitting when needed until a little later and they had to move away. During the babysitting period, i worked in an elementary school for a short time, helping a teacher manage her classroom and help her student with their work. I then moved to work for a daycare and also Read more worked for there after school program. With the after school program, i worked with about 30 students K-2 managing them while doing after school activities, school work, games ect.. I ended up stepping away from childcare for a little and recently have stepped back into it. This year i got my RBT certification & having been working in a clinic with children with special needs. While i thoroughly enjoyed my clients and work, the setting and environment wasn’t a right match for me. Which is a big reason im hoping to step back into nannying. I love being outdoors, walking, swimming, hiking or playing outside. I love being able to see kids creativity come to life & helping them find what makes them glow with excitement. I am a very organized person & honestly love cleaning and organizing. So i would be more then happy to help with any things around the house. I also have my drivers license and a reliable car, if kid pickup/drop off is needed or any errands/extracurricular activities need to be done. I do have a few tattoos and piercings, but i have no tattoos with profanity or that are inappropriate. Im open to a short term nannying minimum 3 months, but am looking for long term as well.
