My experience working with kids dates back as far as I can remember. I completed a Safe Sitter course at the age of 12 and have been watching children ever since. I was born and raised in San Angelo where I babysat regularly for various families that I knew or met through online child care sites, and during the summer I was a lifeguard at the city pool. When I moved to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech I continued to gain experience with kids. I worked as a nanny for three summers and during the school year I worked at the YWCA as a teacher in the 3-year-old class. I am also CPR and first aid certified. After completing my degree I relocated back to San Angelo. Currently, I am employed as a substitute teacher at SAISD and am working toward my teaching certification.
