Recently moved to Alamo Ranch and the family is settled in. I am looking for an early morning to mid-morning position. Been either a babysitter, nanny, or mom since I was old enough to do so. The most extensive position I held was a live in au pair for 2 boys for two years (until both were in school). My son has special needs and he has just transitioned into adult-hood and is in longer day program. My goal is to be home in time to do some housework, get dinner ready, and meet my daughter at the bus - while earn a little money. I am not CPR or First Aid certified but I have no problem certifying. I absolutely love caring for children. I volunteer at the ARC a few days a week, and will continue to do so until I find a suitable position. Before moving to Read more San Antonio I was a high school math teacher in Mobile, AL. My husband works in the medical field, which is what brought us to San Antonio. We are loving the change of scenery and mentality! I drive a little Miata - no back seat. That may be a downside unless you are comfortable with him riding in the front.
