Hello I am Melissa I am a foster mom and have a lot of experience with working with children who have ADHD and are on the Spectrum as well. My love for working with children began long ago. I had always wanted to become a elementary school teacher and earned my bachelor's degree in teaching from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010. Although I had a great experience in learning to become a teacher. I decided I wanted to pursue and work in higher education and decided to get my Master's in Bicultural and Bilingual studies to teach in higher education. Now that I am a Foster Mom of a son with ADHD I want to be able to work for a family that needs my expertise and help in raising their children.
