We hired Ilse back in February for our 4mo old because my wife was not yet ready to put him into daycare and very anxious since going back to work, so she was the first person outside of family that had taken care of our baby. Ilse was great from our very first meeting with her, but she went above and beyond our expectations since hiring her. Our baby was all smiles whenever she came to the house! She was very attentive, consistent with the routine we established, and asked questions if we missed anything. Ilse was never late or ever had to cancel on us (she was usually at our house about 15min before), and stayed late if something came up for me with work. Her rate was extremely fair - much better than most others and worth every dollar! What my wife and I really loved about Ilse, aside from how warm and caring she was with our baby, was that she is bilingual and was comfortable with speaking Spanish to him (my wife is also bilingual). This was the first nanny we hired for our baby and have been spoiled by nothing but a great experience with her. We absolutely plan to continue to ask for her services even after our baby starts daycare.
