For as long as I can remeber, I have been babysitting, as I am the oldest of 2 siblings and 7 cousins that lived very close to each other. In essence, I started out as the "built-in" family babysitter but that only helped me gain a lot of experience. Now I am 23 years old and have been babysitting over the past 10+ years from multiples (twins and up) to 4-5 children at a time. I have watched newborns to kids as old as 14, and combinations of them. Even while undertaking a biochemistry degree in college, I would regularily watch 3 different families of chidlren nearly. I have been in San Antonio for a year now, being a full-time Nanny for a family of two (currently 14 month old boy and 4 year old girl) but now the family's schedule no longer requires my position. Starting August 1st, I Read more will be looking for a new family to full-time nanny/babysit for! I am both CPR (child and infant) and First-aid certified as of June 2013, to allow parents to be comfortable with me attending to their children if the situation arrises. I enjoy doing crafts with the children as well as taking them out for fun and educational adventures. I love story-time and try to incorporate education into every activity if developmentally appropriate. I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and am also a pet lover if that helps! I cannot wait to meet you and become a vital member in your family!
