I arranged for Mesha to care for my children on Thursday and that morning she texted that driving conditions were bad and she was comfortable coming in. I was very skeptical of this but gave her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled to Saturday. Saturday morning I texted an hour before she was to arrive to confirm and got no response. She did not arrive at the agreed time but the site is showing she was logged in 40 minutes prior. She could have at least had the decency to tell me she wasn't going to show.
