I have always loved working with children ever since my first real babysitting experience at age 13 and after that I decided I would be working with young children somehow. I am 47 years old and I have high energy and I love caring for young children and also teaching young children basic preschool skills. I treat the children I care for as my own and love having fun with them through imaginative play, games, arts and crafts, reading books and fun indoor as well as outdoor activities. My experience is as follows: 31 years of childcare experience working with ages infants through school age in various settings such as preschool teacher assistant and lead teacher in commercial licensed daycares, nanny to families with multiple children and currently I own and operate a licensed home daycare since 2008. Perks about me: * I am single with no kids so I Read more am very flexible with work hours during the work week. * I am current on CPR/First Aid (until 7/22) and I keep that current renewing on my own every two years. * I take CEU throughout the year to keep current on what’s new within the childcare industry for young children ages infants through school age. * I am easy going, laid back, easy to get along with and have lots of energy for little ones. * I have a safe and reliable car to get to and from work. * I do practice safe social distancing, wearing a mask in public, washing hands and staying home away from people in my personal life and will continue that to safeguard myself against COVID.
