I think Vivian would've been a great babysitter, however she was a no call no show. We talked about when she was supposed to come babysit days prior, and the day she was supposed to come, she never showed up. I texted and called the day of to make sure she was still coming and she didn't answer the phone, respond to my text messages, or anything. Even afterwards. That first impression showed unreliability, and a huge lack of communication skills. If she wasn't able to do the job, I think just letting me know ahead of time would've been better than not showing up, and just leaving me with a bunch of unwatched kids and having to figure out what to do.
