Hello, my name is Ashley and I am seeking a position as a nanny. I have worked with children for the last ten years. As a teenager I babysat for families with children ranging from newborns to elementary age. In college I majored in Elementary Education, and have over 100 hours experience in elementary classrooms. During college I volunteered in programs for children with special needs and also worked in a youth home treatment facility. I am also a certified tutor, substitute teacher and CPR certified through the Red Cross. I would like a position with a family for which activity is important. Rather than spending most of the day in front of the tv, I would like to take the children to the park or the pool, and do crafts and games in the home.
