I have been babysitting and taking care of children for as long as I can remember. If I put a time frame on it I would have to say about 10-12 yrs now. I love kids and I have also taken care of my siblings while growing up as well. The most I have watched at a time was 19 kiddos ranging from infant to 12 yrs old at one time by myself. I am capable of handling a lot and also now have a baby of my own. I also am a great cook and will be able to whip something up that is tasty and filling with anything in the pantry/fridge. I try to keep it on the healthy side. I love to spend time with the kids outdoors and/or do things that are active but I am not apposed to a little tv time. I love to Read more help with homework and I try my best to help them overcome things that make them stumble with their work that make them enjoy work or chores instead of not like it. I am very fun and loving and love to make things a game or a race if we have multiple kids (depending on the age) and I have a great sense of what the kids are feeling. I am VERY open with the parents when it comes to updates on the day when they get home. I try to stick to THEIR routine because I do firmly believe kids who have a steady routine tend to be more calm and still are able to have fun. I have been doing other jobs such as retail and office jobs but why not get a job that I enjoy like watching kiddos in which I am good at and can help them and the parents who need it. I am cpr certified as well. I do smoke but I don’t have a problem quitting but I NEVER do it around kids or EVER smoke inside.
